Most expensive property in Kota Kinabalu is Suria Sabah?

Location will be at the Waterfront, near the Marine Police HQ and will be completed in 2009.

I heard the price is something like RM2,500 per square feet. If so, a typical home living room sized area will cost a whopping RM1 million!
