Salaries of top Malaysian GLC heads
It was reported on the blogosphere in September 2009 that the salaries of CEOs of Malaysian Government Linked Companies are:
Datuk Mohamed Nazir Abdul Razak, CEO of Bumiputra – Commerce Holdings: RM9.35 million/year i.e. RM779,000 per month!
Whoa, that can buy anything – the best food and of course the best diet supplements – hence no problems!

Datuk Seri Ahmad Zubir Murshid, CEO of Sime Darby Bhd: RM2.05 million/year
Datuk Yusli Mohamed Yusoff, CEO of Bursa Malaysia: RM1.97 million/year
Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin, CEO of Boustead Holdings Bhd: RM1.85 million/year
Datuk Seri Abdul Wahid Omar, up to April 2008, CEO of Telekom Malaysia, now at Maybank: RM1.78 million/year
