According to Krish who commented on a blogpost at makemoneyasia.com on 10th May 2011, Pankaj Agarwal who runs ClickIndia.com earns an average of USD85,000 per month via Google Adsense.
I haven’t found any corroborating evidence to back up that claim, but if it turns out to be true, it’s absolutely inspiring.
Visiting the website, it does seem to have an air of legitimacy about it.

I started relatively seriously looking for ways to earn extra income via blogging several years ago. When I received my first Adsense cheque in early 2007 I was elated. More importantly, it was a watershed moment: I realised that this is not a scam, unlike some other online ventures. It’s something truly worth delving into deeper.
Since then I’ve grown in seriousness about it, and have seen positive results.
I even foresee myself doing this full time at some point in the future.
Here’s to perseverance!

This was a question asked on Yahoo answers about 6 months back.
There were many replies, and the answer deemed best by the askers said, quoting his/her source as affiliateshaven.com, a recent poll revealed that:
- as expected, most Adsense publishers earn less than USD10 a month
- that is followed by those who make up to USD500 a month
- but get this, there’s a “significant” number of Adsense publishers who earn more than USD10,000 a month i.e. RM30,000 a month!
Adsense veterans know that the secret to earning loads of money through the program is lots of targeted traffic, and getting clicks to high paying keywords like “hgh supplements.”

Paris Hilton’s belongings stored in a 6,000 square feet storage room displayed online. Price to view: USD40. It went online 24th January. In 2 days the site allegedly already had 1.2 million viewers, and the owner of the site became a millionaire literally overnight. 6 days later, Paris sued to bring it down. Her lawsuit alleges defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid USD2,775 for the contents of the storage unit and later sold the items for a whopping USD10 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the site.
But this one guy posted at Usenet’s alt.gossip.celebrities on 28th Jan: “Why pay USD40 for the site membership, you can get all the content for free at www.parisexposed.org” That site turned out to be some kind of Made For Adsense (MFA) site. That domain probably cost him USD2 and he used domain redirection to point to either a free webspace or his existing webspace. (more…)

This list is an old one, written back in September 2006, but still it’s worth repeating for inspiration

Markus Frind shares his eye opening experience:
In the bigger picture Plentyoffish.com is neck in neck with yahoo personals and still a ways behind match.com. It amazes me to think that my 1 person company is able to compete at a level where all the competitors have 600+ servers, and 300+ full time staff. I feel like I am ahead of my time, and when I look around at the companies out there today I have a hard time seeing them existing in a few years. I believe that in a few years 2 or 3 person companies will replace companies that have 40 or 50 employees. (more…)
